Returns must be pre-approved by Designer Cotton. A request for return must be received by Designer Cotton within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise must be returned to Designer Cotton in the original condition and packaging in which it was received. Shipping costs incurred for returning the merchandise is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by Designer Cotton.
We will accept returned merchandise for a refund of the original
purchase price (less shipping fees). However, we cannot accept returns on patterns and sale or clearance items.
